PAPIEROWO: Exploding box z miejscem na upominek

Witajcie w kolejnym odcinku cyklu PAPIEROWO. Tym razem mam dla Was kurs na "eksplodujące" pudełeczko, czyli exploding box. Będzie on bardzo kwiatowy i kolorowy, a wewnątrz znajdzie się miejsce na upominek.

Welcome to another episode of the PAPEROWO series. This time, I have a tutorial for you on how to make an "exploding" box. It will be very floral and colorful, and inside, there will be space for a gift.
Let's get crafting together!

Czego będziemy potrzebować?

- baza exploding boxa w kolorze kraft od GoatBox
- małe pudełeczko idealne do boxa również od GoatBox
- pasujące serwetki
- kolekcja ScrapBoys - Bird Romance plus dodatki do wycinania
- wstążki gniceiuszki, koronki
- dowolne pasujące kwiaty
- ja w mojej kompozycji użyję też tekturek, ale wy nie musicie
- klej, nożyczki, gilotyna

What will we need?
- Kraft-colored exploding box base from GoatBox
- Small box that fits perfectly inside the exploding box, also from GoatBox
- Matching doilies
- ScrapBoys collection - Bird Romance plus cut-out accessories
- Ribbons, strings, and lace
- Any matching flowers
- In my composition, I will also use chipboards, but you don't have to
- Glue, scissors, paper trimmer

Mój exploding box przeznaczony będzie dla kobiety na urodziny. Dlatego będzie bardzo kwiatowo, a pudełeczko posłuży do schowania małego upominku w postaci biżuterii. Jest idealne na taki drobiazg!

My exploding box will be for a woman's birthday. Therefore, it will be very floral, and the small box inside will be used to hide a small gift in the form of jewelry. It's perfect for such a small item!

DO DZIEŁA!

Krok 1. Składamy bazy. 

Bazy Goat Box otrzymujecie w wersji "na płasko", ale są tak świetnie zbigowane, że w kilku ruchach bez problemu   je złożycie. Ja składam mój box i pudełeczko. Nie potrzeba nawet kleju, bo wszystko jest tak dopasowane, że doskonale się trzyma.

Step 1: Assembling the bases.

You will receive the Goa tu stBox bases in a flat version, but they are so well-scored that you can easily assemble them with just a few movements. I am assembling my box and the small inner box. You don't even need glue, as everything fits together perfectly and holds securely.

Krok 2. Wybieramy i docinamy papier do oklejenia pudełek.

Jak widzicie na zdjęciach każdy kawałek papieru docinam tak, żeby pozostał malutki margines w kolorze bazy. podoba mi się ten efekt. Box ma wymiary 10 x 10 cm, także papier na boki ma wymiary: 9.7 x 9.7 cm a na wieczko.
Oklejam też boczki kawałkami papieru o wymiarach ok. 9 cm.

Step 2: Choosing and cutting the paper to cover the boxes.

As you can see in the photos, I cut each piece of paper so that there is a tiny margin in the color of the base left around the edges. I like this effect. The box measures 10 x 10 cm, so the paper for the sides is cut to: and for the lid: . I also cover the sides with pieces of paper measuring approximately .

Następnie oklejam też wieczko i środek malutkiego pudełka. Papier ma wym miary: 7 x 7 cm i na boczki 7 x 2.2 cm.

Next, I cover the lid and the inside of the small box as well. The paper dimensions are:

Krok 3. Na każde skrzydełko boxa przyklejam kraftową serwetkę od GoatBox. Każdą podklejam taśmą dystansową. Możecie do tego celu użyć też beermaty czy resztek po tekturkach.

Step 3: Attaching doilies to each flap of the box.
I glue a kraft doily from GoatBox onto each flap of the box. I attach each one using foam tape. You can also use beer mats or leftover chipboards for this purpose.

Krok 4. Na dwa przeciwległe boki pudełka będę przyklejać życzenia. Tymczasowo umieściłam tam białe kółeczka, bo w takim kształcie te życzenia później przykleję. 

Step 4: Attaching the greetings.
I will be attaching greetings to two opposite sides of the box. For now, I have placed white circles there temporarily, as I will later attach the greetings in that shape.

Krok 5. Tworzę kompozycje na dwóch kolejnych bokach boxa.

Kolejne dwa przeciwległe boki będę ozdabiać. Potrzebuję do tego elementy wycięte z bloczka dedykowanego kolekcji Bird Romance oraz tekturki, które pasują mi do upodobań osoby, która zostanie obdarowana boxem. (Celowo nie piszę dokładnie dla kogo to pudełeczko robię, żeby ta osóbka nic nie podejrzewała ;))

Na zdjęciach widzicie jak po kolei buduję kompozycje na obu skrzydełkach. Wykorzystałam tu wianuszki wycięte z jednego z arkuszy i troszkę kwiatków, listków oraz motylki. W kompozycji umieściłam też tekturki: filiżankę i książki.

Step 5: Creating compositions on the remaining two sides of the box.

I will be decorating the other two opposite sides of the box. For this, I need elements cut out from the Bird Romance collection pad and chipboards that match the preferences of the person who will receive the box. (I’m not specifying who this box is for to keep it a surprise!)

In the photos, you can see how I build the compositions step by step on both flaps. I used wreaths cut out from one of the sheets, along with some flowers, leaves, and butterflies. I also included chipboards of a teacup and books in the composition.

Krok 6. Przyklejam pudełko na upominek na środku boxa. Zwykły klej Magic trzyma świetnie, ale możecie też użyć kleju na ciepło. 

Step 6: Attaching the gift box in the center.
I glue the small gift box in the center of the exploding box. Regular Magic glue holds it well, but you can also use hot glue.

Krok 7. Ozdabiam wieczko boxa.

 Teraz pora na ozdobienie wieczka boxa. Tutaj wymyśliłam sobie mnóstwo kwiatów, które schodzą aż na jeden z boków wieczka. Zanim kwiaty 3D to najpierw tworzę sobie taką podstawę kompozycji w postaci dwóch wyciętych elementów umocowanych na taśmie dystansowej. Przyklejam też rozciętą na pół serwetkę z tekturki.

Na to daję sizal i dopiero wtedy tworzę kwiatową kompozycję.  Kwiaty zawsze przyklejam klejem na gorąco. Do tego listeczki i jeszcze  kwiatki wycięte z kolekcji. Świetnie mi tu też pasuje koliber, który wygląda jakby chciał napić się nektaru z kwiatków :). Jeszcze tylko wstążka gnieciuszka (za sklepu CraftCorner) i koronka i wieczko mam prawie gotowe. Będzie jeszcze napis, ale to za chwilkę. 

Step 7: Decorating the lid of the box.

Now it's time to decorate the lid of the box. I envisioned a lot of flowers cascading down one side of the lid. Before adding the 3D flowers, I first create a base for the composition with two cut-out elements attached with foam tape. I also glue a chipboard doily cut in half.

Next, I add some sisal and then build the floral arrangement. I always use hot glue to attach the flowers. I also add leaves and flowers cut out from the collection. A hummingbird fits perfectly here, looking like it's about to drink nectar from the flowers. Finally, I add some crinkled ribbon (from CraftCorner) and lace, and the lid is almost ready. There will be a label, but that will come in a moment.

Krok 8. Ozdabiam pudełko na upominek.

Postanowiłam, że jak na bogato to na całego i wieczko malutkiego pudełka też ozdabiam kwiatami. Robię to w podobny sposób, co na wieczku exploding boxa, czyli podstawa z wyciętych kwiatków, sizal i kwiaty. Na wieczku umieszczam też drugą po że żełowę tekturowej serwetki i kółeczko wycięte z kolekcji.

Step 8. Decorating the Gift Box.

I decided to go all out and decorate the lid of the small box with flowers as well. I do this in a similar way to the lid of the exploding box, which means starting with a base of cut-out flowers, sisal, and more flowers. I also place half of a cardboard doily and a circle cut from the collection on the lid.

Step 8: Decorating the gift box.

I've decided to go all out, so I'm decorating the lid of the small gift box with flowers as well. I do this in a similar way to the lid of the exploding box, starting with a base of cut-out flowers, sisal, and more flowers. On the lid, I also place the second half of the chipboard doily and a circle cut out from the collection.

My exploding box is finished and looks like this:

Trzeba przyznać, że wyszło bardzo kolorowo i kwiatowo, ale taki był mój zamiar! Mam nadzieję, że osoba, którą nim obdaruje będzie miała szeroki uśmiech na twarzy, kiedy go dostanie i otworzy :)

Mam nadzieję, ze mój pomysł i kursik wam się spodobał, bo mam dla Was kolejny KONKURS z marką GOATBOX, która patronuje cyklowi Papierowo. Na zwycięzcę czeka paka niespodzianka z fantastycznymi bazami GoatBox!

You have to admit, it turned out very colorful and floral, but that was my intention! I hope the person I gift it to will have a big smile on their face when they receive and open it :)
